Snack cookie

Here is the recipe for those cookies that I had mentioned.

12 Tbsp (3/4 cup) peanut butter
3 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cups cornflakes

Mix peanut butter, honey and cornstarch.

Form into balls, about 1 Tbsp size and roll in crushed cornflakes.

Flatten balls with a tumbler and chill

Quantity 1 dozen
Serving size 1 cookie - 13 grams carbohydrates
4 grams of protein
8 grams of fat

They are very easy and taste really good if you like peanut butter. My roommates (both age 26) love them as well. :)

Ooooh, these sound good! Any kind of "cooking" that requires 4 ingredients and no application of heat is a perfect match for my culinary skills. Now I just have to remember to make a grocery list...
